Viking boots made of high quality 3mm thick waxed nubuck leather.
The ankle and calf width can be adjusted laterally with five leather straps that are closed with leather jaws.
Thanks to the waxed layer, the typical patina that forms with the oily leather is formed. When wearing the boots, the leather adapts naturally to the shape of the foot and ankle. During use, the stretch lights up, scratches and sprains occur. This effect is (and intentional) for the type of leather used and gives the Viking ship a rustic touch.
The rubber sole has a thickness of approx. 8 mm with a heel of approx. 8 mm in addition.
To compensate for scratches, it is generally sufficient to surround the leather with a dry or slightly damp cloth. The fat layer is crushed as well. Leather combines well with colorless leather grease and can be rubbed with this product. Due to the additional grease of the leather, the leather darkens slightly and becomes particularly flexible.
